Earth Day Community Clean-up Week

Earth Day is celebrated to raise awareness about the importance of protecting our planet and its natural resources. The Town of Wayne has a plethora of beautiful lakes, streams, ponds, and forest we’d love to keep clean and enjoy together.
In celebration of Earth Day 2025, the Town of Wayne encourages residents to grab gloves, trash bags, and clean up around the community anytime throughout the week. Snap a photo of you and/or your group collecting trash around town and send it in to the Town of Wayne Facebook messenger or email, publiccomments@waynemaine.org by April 25th to have it shared on our Town of Wayne Facebook page!
